Excited to be in Cambridge, MA in the evening as part of this new music series! (This is the second of two Friday night Cambridge, MA shows.) Open to the public, no ticket price or cover charge. I will update the event offerings once I have the definitive press release. I know there will be strung-lights, a beer truck, food and music every Friday night for the heart of the summer in 2022 at Henri A. Termeer Square. I will be accompanied by master percussionist Rusty Wiltjer who has been accompanying me every Sunday, during the summer, for over a decade now. This show series also provides the sound system and a professional sound reinforcement operator. Having someone out front who "has the ear for it" is huge for a professional player. Not having to worry if the mix is right "out front" really allows the player to "give it all they have" and stay focused knowing the balance will remain correct. For me that's huge! I hope some of my friends who live "down that way" can come out and show the event organizers they made a great choice. Bring friends. Spreading the word could help make this a yearly summer show series for this old boy.
